Boosie Badazz is defending Sean "Diddy" Combs after the music mogul was indicted on sex trafficking and other charges.

In a lengthy statement he posted to X formerly known as Twitter on Wednesday, September 18, the Louisiana rapper argued that Combs was arrested for "doing what every other famous entertainer has done."

"HE JUST FREAKIER," he wrote in all caps. "WE ACTUALLY GO CALL WOMEN PROSTITUTES WHO FLY N WILLINGLY TO BE WITH THEY PARTNERS FOR SEX? IF THATS THE CASE IF U BEEN FLEWED ✈️ OUT N HAD SEX YOU SHOULD BE LABELED A PROSTITUTE ‼️"

Boosie makes the case that paying for women to fly to a specific location is the only way famous men can secure sex nowadays. Towards the end of his argument, Boosie clarifies that the video of Diddy beating Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel infuriated him. However, he doesn't think the Bad Boy founder should face life in prison over the allegations. He also believes the charges will set a bad precedent for other celebrities.

"IM STARTING TO FEEL LIKE THIS 'SEX TRAFFICKING' CHARGE FOR FLYING B***HES N FOR 3 SOMES WILL BE A TOOL USED TO TAKE DOWN HIP HOP ARTIST N CELEBRITIES .JUST THINK ABOUT IT," he continued.

Boosie is the first artist outside of Diddy's circle to publicly support the Bad Boy founder after he was arrested earlier this week. The 54-year-old artist is being held at MDC Brooklyn after a judge denied his bail. He returned to court today to appeal the decision with an amended list of conditions for bail. After he agreed to offer $50 million collateral, limit his travel and give up his passport, Diddy's legal team also said he would take weekly drug tests, provide a log of visitors and restrict female guests outside of his family, property workers and friends who aren't co-conspirators.
