Amber Rose Doesn't Really Own Ace Of Diamonds - Here's What She DOES Own

Oops!

According to the current owners of Ace Of Diamonds in Hollywood just filed a lawsuit against Miss Amber Rose for claiming that she had acquired ownership of the venue.

Wednesday night at the All Def Movie Awards in LA, flanked by her bestie Blac Chyna, Rose announced that she now owns AoD...

According to TMZ, however, Rose isn't worried about the lawsuit at all.

"According to docs, Amber formed a corporation called Ace of Diamonds, Inc. and back in December filed for a trademark on the name, as well as the abbreviation "AoD." The docs say the trademark will be for "entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances" and "gentlemen's clubs featuring exotic dancing."

So she's in the process of trademarking the name "Ace Of Diamonds", but since there's already a club with that name that's been in operation for years, this may end up being quite an interesting battle.

The current owners are suing Rose for $1 million.
